Acai Fizz
Courtesy of Sushisamba• 1.5 oz acai
• 1 oz. mango juice
• 1 oz. passion fruit
• 1 egg white, pasteurized (optional)
• Splash of soda
• Star fruit to garnish
Combine all ingredients into a shaker (except the soda water). Dry shake (no ice) hard for 10 seconds. Pour over ice into a wine glass. Top with soda water, and garnish with a star fruit.
