Michael Phelps is making a splash with rumored girlfriend, Megan Rossee. The Olympian, 27,
stepped out Monday with the aspiring model, 25, on his arm. And the couple – who began dating in January – were all smiles as they posed for photos at the Speedo Athlete Celebration in London.
Although the romance started quietly months before Phelps was named the world's most decorated Olympian, Rossee's been anything but shy about her feelings. "Good luck tonight bear,"
she Tweeted him before one of his races.
