Kristen Stewart isn't the only member of her family experiencing relationship woes.
The Twilight actress's mom, Jules Stewart, filed for divorce on Aug. 17 from Kristen's dad, John, whom she married 27 years ago, according to documents filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court.
Jules, who cites irreconcilable differences as reason for the split, filed papers without an attorney. The documents state that the pair has been separated since June 15, 2010.
News of the couple's split comes a little more than a month after it was revealed that Kristen, 22, cheated on longtime boyfriend Robert Pattinson with her Snow White and the Huntsman director, Rupert Sanders.
TMZ was first to report the divorce filing.
