From crowns to scarves to bowlers, Persons accessorizes her chickens with the teeniest millinery.
It all started when Persons's 8-year-old daughter, Ruby, started putting hats on the little birds and mom Julie snapped away. Now, Ruby is known as the "chick whisperer," and it's clear to see why.
