Look what put the dor(mice) in adorable!
These adorable babies have found a safe haven – and yummy treats – at the U.K.'s Secret World Wildlife Rescue, where they have taken up residence since getting orphaned recently.
Six dormice were discovered in a garden hedge by Geoff Brown, who found the creatures squeaking by their dead mother. He got help from a neighbor, and the two helped transfer the dormice to the rescue center, where three of the six babies survived long enough to receive care from the staff at the center.
Once the dormice are fully rehabilitated, they will be released. For now, it's all about blackberries!
