Bride-to-be Jessica Biel visited Pretty Ballerinas in Beverly Hills for a little retail therapy recently.
As the Total Recall actress shopped, she fell in love with a pair of Marilyn leopard print loafers with tassels but soon learned the store was sold out of her size.
Staffers were quick to help Biel order a pair from Spain, where the shoes are made.
But despite leaving the store without a new pair of shoes, Biel remained in a good mood.
"She was very sweet," an onlooker tells PEOPLE.
