After quietly and privately marrying weeks ago, Stanley Tucci and Felicity Blunt belatedly threw a big party this weekend with a formal – and star-studded – wedding in London.
With Steve Buscemi as best man and the bride's sister, actress Emily Blunt, as bridesmaid, the couple walked the aisle Saturday at Middle Temple Hall. The bride wore a Nanette Lepore dress and the groom had a Hugo Boss tux.
Oliver Platt was a groomsman and guests included Emily Blunt's husband John Krasinski, Meryl Streep, Patricia Clarkson, Julianne Moore, Colin Firth and Kenneth Cole.
The reception for the Hunger Games star and his literary agent wife was held at L'Anima restaurant. As a surprise, the wedding cake was actually a stack of wheels of cheese.
This is Tucci's second marriage. His first wife, Kate, with whom he has three children, died in 2009 from breast cancer.
