And not surprisingly, Adele's take on James Bond doesn't sound half bad at all.
Below is her track for the upcoming Bond movie Skyfall, and Adele has opened up about the excitement of recording it.
"I was a little hesitant at first … There's a lot of instant spotlight and pressure when it comes to a Bond song," she said in a statement, according to the BBC. "But I fell in love with the script, and Paul [Epworth] had some great ideas for the track, and it ended up being a bit of a no-brainer to do it in the end."
Epworth also produced and co-wrote Adele's huge hit "Rolling in the Deep."
Some are comparing Adele's singing style on the new Bond song to that of Dame Shirley Bassey, who recorded the "Goldfinger" and "Diamonds Are Forever" themes.
Skyfall opens Oct. 26 in the U.K. and Nov. 9 in the U.S. And Adele figures she'll be proud of this gig for a long time to come.
"I'll be back combing my hair when I'm 60 telling people I was a Bond girl back in the day, I'm sure," she says.
