A fresh gig as a judge on X Factor isn't the only change in Britney Spears's life.
The pop star, 30, and her fiancé Jason Trawick have a new mansion in L.A.'s Thousand Oaks neighborhood, sources confirm to PEOPLE.
"Britney has bought a new house in the community she was already living in," the first source says of the new home nearby. "She, Jason and [her two sons] will live there."
Another source says Spears and her family have not moved into their new space yet, which is located in the gated Sherwood Country Club community.
The impressive 8,456 sq. ft. pad, listed at $8.5 million, has five bedrooms, seven bathrooms and an infinity pool.
