Jennie Garth Is Single – and Loving It

Fresh off the heels of a total body makeover, Jennie Garth is adapting well to life as a single lady.

Recently photographed out and about with real estate agent Jason Clark, a source tells PEOPLE, "She is dating a few people and is happy."

Garth, 40 – who divorced Peter Facinelli in March – is also still seeing photographer Noah Abrams.

"She is focusing on herself, work and the kids," the Garth insider says. "And dating."

Along with her newly single status, the former Beverly Hills, 90210 star has also learned to embrace her age.

"Forty is like the new little black dress," she told PEOPLE earlier this month. "Forty is the new 30."
