At the London Zoo, Maggie the giraffe had some Halloween fun carving her own jack-'o-lantern – with her teeth! – while a family of meerkats played ball with their gourds.
In San Diego, Tatqiq, an 11-year-old female polar bear, had fun drowning a Frankenstein figurine in the pool in her enclosure. When the monster mash was over she curled up for a nap. Hey, torture can be tiring!
At another San Diego exhibit, a 6-month-old Jaquar named Tikal nearly lost his Halloween pumpkin in a pool, but saved it at the last minute with his sharp Freddy Krueger paws. A Happy Meow-loween, indeed!
