That mirror-ball trophy is within reach!

Dancing's all-female top three performed two routines a piece on Monday night – and it's a tight race going into Tuesday's big finale.

Melissa Rycroft and Tony Dovolani were flawless and are in the lead with a perfect score of 60 points. They performed a sexy samba for their favorite dance and a high-flying contemporary routine for their super-size freestyle.

"Your technique is great but what is good to see is your confidence," judge Bruno Tonioli said after their first dance. "You've grown so much as a performer." After their contemporary number, fellow judge Len Goodman said he wished he had an 11-point paddle.

Coming right behind are Kelly Monaco and Val Chmerkovskiy, who earned 59 out of 60 points for their fierce paso doble and a freestyle routine to "(I've Had) The Time of My Life." "Your chemistry never showed brighter than tonight," Bruno said about the performance, which he said successfully combined Cirque du Soleil with Dirty Dancing. Judge Carrie Ann Inaba called it a "happy ending to a beautiful love story."

And, perhaps surprisingly, Shawn Johnson and Derek Hough landed at the bottom of the leaderboard, with 57 out of 60 points. Though their freestyle with the U.S. Women's Gymnastics team was a "real gold medal performance," according to Len, they sacrificed points in their first dance, a quickstep, by breaking the rules with their choreography.

"It is a fantastic routine but you're not allowed to break hold, which you did, you're not allowed to do lifts, which you did," Len said.

The women still have one more dance to perform with their partners on Tuesday, when they have to pick their final dance and music live on TV. Even so, based on performances and scores so far, who's your choice to be the first all-star winner.
