Olivier Martinez's Injured Hand Is Bandaged

The signs of Gabriel Aubry and Olivier Martinez's Thanksgiving brawl don't appear to be going away anytime soon.

Halle Berry's fiancé, Martinez, was photographed in L.A. Tuesday sporting a bandage and brace on his injured right hand.

Martinez, 46, reportedly punched Berry's ex boyfriend Aubry during a handoff of Aubry and Berry's 4½-year-old daughter, Nahla. Aubry, 37, was arrested after the exchange and has been photographed since the incident with a badly bruised face (see photo).

The brawl has intensified the custody battle over Nahla. A court denied Berry, 46, the right to relocate to France with her daughter earlier this month.

In court papers, Aubry claims that during the altercation with Martinez, Berry's fiancé threatened to kill him, saying, "You cost us $3 million. When you see the judge you're going to tell him you're going to Paris or I'm going to kill you."

Martinez has not commented and Aubry's claims have been disputed by a source close to Berry.
