Air Mail
2 parts gold rum (recipe recommends Bacardi Gold Rum) ½ part freshly squeezed lime juice
1 heaped tsp. honey
Champagne to top
Cubed ice
Pour the rum, lime juice and honey into a mixing glass. Stir to dissolve the honey. Add ice and mix well. Top up with Champagne. Garnish glass with a postage stamp (optional).
