Shaun White is off the hook, following a September arrest.

Charges against the Olympic snowboarder, 26 – who issued an apology days after being cited for public intoxication and vandalism during the weekend he attended musician Patrick Carney's wedding – have been dropped, the athlete's lawyer confirms to PEOPLE.

The vandalism charge was previously dropped and the public intoxication charge was dropped on Friday.

"White's attorney submitted to the Court the proof that White completed his required community service work. Upon that submission, the public intoxication charge was dismissed. (Another condition was that he undergo alcohol assessment, which he had already completed and proof of that was submitted at a prior court date.) White was not in court today," the Nashville District Attorney General's office said in a statement Friday.

"The vandalism charge was already dismissed back in November when his attorney provided proof that restitution had been paid."

Adds White's rep, "All matters in regard to the recent incident in Nashville have been resolved ... Additionally, prior media reports stating that Shaun was required to participate in any alcohol treatment or rehab program were false."

In his original apology, White said sorry for "the unwise choices I made ... and for any inconvenience it caused my family, friends, business partners, the hotel and their guests. I was celebrating a happy occasion with a ton of family and friends and got carried away. I'm truly sorry for my poor behavior."
