Kim Kardashian & Kanye West Shop in Paris

Just call them two romantics in the City of Love.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West arrived in Paris on Tuesday to a frenzy of attention.

Hiding her growing baby bump in a dark velvet cape and navy and cream colored scarf, Kardashian, 32, glowed as the couple indulged in a little shopping.

First stop? Lanvin on Rue Saint-Honoré, where the Grammy award-winning rapper and reality television powerhouse spent 30 minutes.

The fashion house – which was one of Paris's first – seems to be a favorite of Kardashian, who notoriously did a mid-dinner outfit change into a deep emerald green Lanvin dress while vacationing in Rome with West in October.

It's also a favorite for West, 35, who rapped "Lanvin thousand dollar tee with no logos/Let me show you what I see when my eyes closed," on Watch the Throne, his collaboration with Jay-Z.

Next up was Celine, another label Kardashian loves – so much that in August, despite sweltering temperatures she shared a photo wearing their leather sweatpants.

Last on the agenda for the busy expectant parents was dinner at L'Avenue, where the couple dined in June.

Kardashian and West's Parisian holiday comes on the heels of news the parents-to-be purchased a Bel Air, Calif., mansion for $11 million.
