Now that Pamela "Pam" Geil's time on The Biggest Loser has come to an end, the contestant is ready for her next chapter.

"I am determined to become a runner," she told reporters on a conference call shortly after her elimination.

"I actually would like to try a Tough Mudder [race]. I can't believe I'd ever say that running is fun, but they look like fun, so I just really look forward to pushing myself physically and becoming the best person I can be. I almost begin to wonder if I ever really lived before this show because I had never been athletic."

Geil, 43, already had some experience with the activity when she completed a 5K run on the show that she "never, ever thought" she could do.

"It was an amazing moment for me," she says. "It's probably one of my favorite moments on the Ranch."

Looking back on her show experience as a whole, Geil, who has "no regrets," was surprised by its difficulty.

"I didn't think it was going to be as hard as it was," she says. "I mean not just the emotional aspect, the physical aspect. I didn't think the workouts were going to be as bad as they were. They were tough."

Moving forward, Geil – who lost 55 lbs. since joining the competition at 237 lbs. – is excited that she is more able to complete activities with her daughter.

"My daughter is the most important thing in my life, and for most of my life, I was the unhappy, unhealthy mom," she says in the show's "Where Are They Now" package. "Overall, our relationship has gotten much better with me being happier."
