No one was more thrilled about Vanessa Lachey's pregnancy news than her husband Nick – but readers also shared in the baby joy.

In fact, readers absolutely loved Vanessa's story about the way she told Nick she was expecting. The Wipeout host found out she had a bun in the oven the night before she met up with her hubby in the Bahamas for a vacation.

"I wanted absolutely everything on the menu!" she recently recalled on her blog, of an evening out. "I also remember NOT wanting my martini. After dinner something in my gut said, 'Let's go back to the hotel … and pick up a pregnancy test on the way!' "

Once she arrived at her destination with the love of her life, she looked him in the eyes and said, 'I'M PREGNANT!' " she wrote. "He looked at me and asked if I was serious. I said yes, we hugged and then he said, 'I think I have to sit down!' That was Jan. 6, 2012."
