But every mommy needs some "me" time – and on Thursday, the singer found some for herself, ducking out for a quiet bite with husband Carey Hart at Del Frisco's Grille in Atlanta.
In town to perform for a sold-out crowd at Philips Arena, the health-minded singer, 33, noshed on Brussels sprouts and an avocado chicken wrap, asking her server to hold the bacon.
"She was very pleasant," a staffer tells PEOPLE.
A self-professed wine fan – she also split a bottle with her husband while chatting with staffers about seizing the chance to sneak out for a bit while Willow napped at their hotel with a sitter.
"They said that was something that doesn't happen often," the staffer adds. "She laughed at my story of having two kids around her daughter's age – and how crazy that must be."
