Demi Moore & Ashton Kutcher's Divorce Heats Up

It's been three months since Ashton Kutcher filed for divorce from Demi Moore – and nearly a year and a half since their split – but on March 7, the actress, 50, came out swinging.

Responding to Kutcher's petition, she sought spousal support and legal fees. "In the last years [of the marriage], Demi felt like she had been wronged," says a family source. "She's the one who was forced to end it. She's making a point."

For his part, Kutcher, 35 – who has been dating his That '70s Show costar Mila Kunis, 29, since his six-year union ended in 2011 – has run out of patience, according to afriend of his.

"He tried to make their marriage work, it didn't, and he waited over a year to file," the friend says. "Now he's just annoyed."
