Liam Hemsworth Emerges – Shirtless – Amid Miley Split Rumors

Last week, Miley Cyrus was photographed without her engagement ring. On Sunday, her fiancé Liam Hemsworth was snapped missing something else.

The tough and toned actor, 23, who was on vacation in his native Australia, took a swim in the ocean with friends back home, then strolled down the beach without his shirt.

Hemsworth was also photographed enjoying a beverage Down Under with pals on Saturday. Reps have not responded to requests for comment on the couple's status.

A source told PEOPLE that the Hunger Games star flew to Australia to "have a break" from Cyrus, 20.



"Miley is still upset with Liam," a source told PEOPLE on Friday after the 20-year-old star stepped out sans engagement ring. "She took the ring off to make him mad."
