Clinton, 33, and Mezvinsky, 35, who married in July 2010, found the new love nest while on a walk in the neighborhood, where they already live. (The park is located in the low 20s, just east of Fifth Avenue and is not to be confused with Madison Square Garden.)
The posh pad boasts four bedrooms, 6½ bathrooms, a home office, media room and a family room that overlooks the park, according to the Post. The five-story building features an apartment on each floor with a keypad elevator.
The new home already has a presidential seal of approval. Clinton's father, President Bill Clinton, and her mother, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, took a recent tour of the unit.
Chelsea Clinton, her husband and parents all happily posed in photos for construction workers on a recent visit to see the new digs.
Clinton, who works as a special correspondent for NBC News, has eased her views on a possible future run for public office, saying she isn't sure if she will follow in her parents' footsteps.
