Julianne Hough is turning to a sunny cure for the breakup blues: the beach.
One day after her split with Ryan Seacrest was revealed, the 24-year-old star Tweeted a photo alongside a group of besties that includes Vampire Diaries actress Nina Dobrev and stylist Riawna Capri.
Wearing sunglasses and a big grin, the actress and former Dancing with the Stars pro added the hashtag "#friendsarethebesttherapy."
Hough and the American Idol host, 38, dated for more than two years before their busy work schedules got the best of them, deciding take a break and are living apart, sources close to them tell PEOPLE.
The pair are still in regular contact and remain friends, the sources add.
