Joined by an unidentified gentleman, Spears enjoyed a performance by Syn Circus while indulging in a four-course meal prepared by Chef Guus Wickenhagen.
The spread included pan-seared mahi mahi with a mango, green papaya and cucumber salad in Thai dressing; seared organic chicken breast over arugula and pear with agnolotti and sage sauce; and oven-roasted beef tenderloin over potato gratin with Gruyere, green asparagus and red wine sauce.
For dessert, Spears satisfied her sweet tooth with tiramisu.
After her meal, Spears left the venue "early enough to tuck her kids into bed."
