After his week-long trip, Prince Harry is saying goodbye to the United States – on horseback.

Harry, 28, visited Greenwich, Conn., on Wednesday to play in a polo match set to raise $1 million for his charity Sentebale, which helps young people in Lesotho. The young royal's team emerged victorious with a score of 4-3 over their opponents.

It's the final leg of his trip that's also made stops in Colorado, Virginia, New York, New Jersey and Washington, D.C.

"This is the last day of my tour around the United States. Thank you for a wonderful week," he told 400 guests at Greenwich Polo Club. "I have witnessed the extraordinary generosity of the people of this great nation."

He urged the guests, including Gayle King, Olivia Palermo and model Karolina Kurkova and designer Valentino, to keep the vulnerable youngsters of Lesotho in mind.

And he hopes the charity's Mamohato Camps (a network of clubs and week-long camps for children living with HIV) can be "a real game-changer not least because of the extraordinary resilience and courage of children everywhere, whether in Harlem, Lesotho or within military families."

Amid rain showers, Harry arrived with polo club owner Peter Brant and his wife Stephanie Seymour.

After strolling across the polo ground for lunch, he was seated with Karolina Kurkova. Asked about meeting him she said, "I'm very excited!"

Diners enjoyed mini lobster rolls and crabcakes, followed by filet of beef with a spring vegetable salad or gnocchi with corn, mushrooms and English peas. Dessert was vanilla creme brule and mixed berry trifle.
