The self-proclaimed Kid President of the United States – who's really Robbie Novak, a third-grader at Eastchester Elementary School in New York – is back, and he's got some impressive company.

With him on Monday's World Humanitarian Day, which the United Nation holds annually to honor aid workers who have lost their lives in the line of duty, was Beyoncé.

"I think it's so important for us to take some time and be unselfish and have compassion, because we really can impact the world," the singer, 31, told Novak about the organization and its lifesaving work.

The Kid President also asked Beyoncé what she thinks the world needs more of. "Well, I think the world needs more strong empowered men and women," she said. "So, I'd say I think the world needs more strength."

Novak then thanked the superstar for her time and asked: "Are we best friends?"

Her reply? "Only if I get a kiss on my cheek. Come on, Kid President!"
