Christina Aguilera feels sexier than ever – and it shows.

The super svelte pop star and Voice coach popped by The Tonight Show with Jay Leno Wednesday night in a little black dress, and talked frankly about her ability to enjoy herself between the sheets.

The singer added to comments she recently made to Maxim magazine, when she declared that "the one place I do not need to be in control is the bedroom."

"I'm a big micromanager. I'm a stickler about organization: Everything needs a place, a purpose. ... I think every woman should relax and allow herself to be pleased in the bedroom. It's the one place I can let go," she said as the audience burst into applause.

She also says that getting older has only made her feel more confident about her body, and what she wants from a man.

"I'm an artist, and expressing myself in a sexual way, no matter how that changes throughout the years, is something that has always come naturally to me. At this point of my life, I'm 32 and I feel sexier than ever because you know what you want," she says.

The pop star, who debuted her sexy, slimmed-down physique at the season 4 premiere of The Voice in March and Tweeted sexy shots of herself on a video shoot in May, tells Leno the most important factor for her and a potential mate is "effortless sexy."

"The [Maxim] shoot, yes, I was in control. It was all just appreciating the woman that I've become. Effortless sexy, not trying to hard," she says.

"Effortless sexy is key," she continues when asked what's the biggest mistake guys make when approaching her. "Everyone says be yourself, but I just don't try too hard. That's the biggest turn-off."

Yet despite all the sexy talk, Aguilera tells Leno there is something that takes precedence to all that – her son Max, 5.

"He's great," she gushes. "He's the joy of my life."
