There's another familiar face returning to How I Met Your Mother!

Breaking Bad's Bryan Cranston will reprise his role as Ted Mosby's boss, Hammond Druthers, in an upcoming episode this season.

The actor, whose own AMC drama is set to conclude this weekend, previously appeared on the show in 2006 and 2007, where he served as Ted's superior at an architecture firm.

Though it remains to be seen in what capacity Ted (Josh Radnor) will have a run-in with his former foe, he is not the last guest star to cameo on the show for its final season.

Monday's season premiere saw the return of Wayne Brady as James, Barney's brother, and producers have hinted there will be many more callbacks to the past.

A year after he first appeared on HIMYM, Cranston landed the role of Walter White on Breaking Bad, which won an Emmy Award for outstanding dramatic series on Sunday.
