On Wednesday, Kim Kardashian, Kanye West and daughter North stepped out for some family time at Hakkasan Beverly Hills.
After West's much buzzed-about appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live, the trio indulged in the restaurant's Cantonese cuisine, specifically the crispy duck salad, jasmine tea smoked pork short ribs, the steamed dim sum platter, sanpei corn-fed chicken claypot, grilled sea bass with Chinese honey and Hakka noodles with mushroom and Chinese chive.
But even with all that food, North – whom the couple affectionately calls Nori – was the main attraction.
"Their attention was very much centered on the baby," an onlooker tells PEOPLE. "They were in an upbeat mood and seemed to be very happy and hungry!"
Kardashian sipped on jasmine tea and was "very openly affectionate with North," the source adds.
