The Princess Bride as a play? Inconceivable!

Disney Theatrical Productions just announced plans for a stage adaptation of the beloved '80s flick, which counts Cary Elwes, Robin Wright, Billy Crystal and a young Fred Savage among its stars. The 1987 rom-com fantasy film, directed by Rob Reiner and based on William Goldman's 1973 novel of the same name, earned a cult following for its many quotable lines.

In fact, Homeland's Mandy Patinkin has said that he never gets tired of hearing fans repeat dialogue from his Princess Bride character, Inigo Montoya.

Here are five quotes we hope make it into the theatrical version.

1. "Hello. My name is Inigo Montoya. You killed my father. Prepare to die."

2. "Mawage. Mawage is wot bwings us togeder too-day. Mawage, that bwessed awangment, dat dweam wifin a dweam."

3. "As you wish."

4. "Inconceivable!"

5. "I've seen worse."
