Nominations for the 20th annual Screen Actors Guild Awards were announced Wednesday morning, in anticipation of the ceremony to air Saturday, Jan. 18, 2014 (at 8 p.m. ET) on TNT and TBS.

With four nominations, director Steve McQueen's 12 Years a Slave topped the roster, followed by three nominations each for August: Osage County, Dallas Buyers Club and Lee Daniels' The Butler.

Breaking Bad was the most-nominated TV series, also with four.

And the Screen Actors Guild 50th Annual Life Achievement Award will go to Rita Moreno.

The Entertainment Industry Foundation (EIF) and PEOPLE will make a $1 million multi-year gift to the Screen Actors Guild Foundation in honor of the 20th anniversary of the Screen Actors Guild Awards and to recognize the entertainment community's charitable contributions.
