Pregnancy is a wonderful thing, but as Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi reminds expectant BFF Jenni "JWoww" Farley, it can also be a pain in the butt – literally.

Fortunately, the reality star and mom to 16-month-old son Lorenzo offers her Snooki and JWoww costar some sage advice on how to stay comfortable.

"Sleep safe and keep hydrated, no Advil or Aleve," Polizzi texted in an exchange Farley posted to Instagram Christmas night. "No pushing on the toilet either."

"Yes mom!" replied Farley.

Potential hemorrhoids aside, Farley, 27, made it clear she's over the moon to be expecting her first child with fiancé Roger Mathews. She shared her pregnancy news Christmas Day on her blog, and included an online greeting card with a photo of the ultrasound.

"We are so excited to share this new chapter of our lives with you as we become parents and create more memories with a new addition to our family!" she wrote. "We are extremely happy and cannot wait for our bundle of joy to arrive!"

Farley's text exchange with Polizzi, 26, also proved there will be plenty of play dates between Lorenzo and the new baby in the future.

"Lorenzo was and is perfect," Farley wrote to her friend.

"So will urs," Polizzi texted back.

This, of course, begs an important question: when will Snooki and JWoww: The Next Generation debut?
