One man was killed and two more injured when their private plane crashed in Aspen, Colo., on Sunday.

Country singer LeAnn Rimes and Weeds star Kevin Nealon were among the witnesses to the crash; both Tweeted about the accident shortly after it occurred.

Three Mexican men were aboard the flight, which started in Mexico and made a stop in Tucson, Ariz., before its crash. The man who died was 54-year-old Sergio Carranza Brabata, Pitkin County Sheriff's Office director of operations Alex Burchetta told the New York Daily News, though he declined to identify the injured men.

"Horrible plane crash here at Aspen airport," former Saturday Night Live and Weeds star Kevin Nealon Tweeted. "Exploded into flames as it was landing. I think it was a private jet." He added that a fire truck and ambulances were on the scene in a matter of minutes.
Rimes Tweeted about the accident as well.
A Mexican official, speaking with the Associated Press on the condition of anonymity, said that a plane with the same tail number as the crashed plane took flight from Mexico at about 6 a.m. on Sunday.
