Saturday Night Live debuted its newest cast member, Sasheer Zamata, last night, and while the media has been buzzing over Zamata, the show opted to seamlessly and quietly integrate her into the evening's sketches, which seemed to work to everyone's advantage – it didn't force Zamata to carry any sketches on her first time out, and it didn't make SNL look overeager to push her.

Also working to everyone's advantage: Drake, whose charisma and comfort in front of the camera reminded us that, despite all the flack he's gotten for it, he was actually pretty good on Degrassi: The Next Generation. One of the strongest bits in a while featured Drake as A-Rod announcing that he would be suing MLB, steroids ("for being in my body"), his iPhone, and the dictionary. Then Kate McKinnon proved that whatever Lorne Michaels is paying her, it's not enough, with a spot-on Justin Bieber impression.

Drake managed to poke a little fun at his own backstory with this sketch, which features him – as Lil' Wayne – playing Urkel on Family Matters. Let that sink in for a moment, then watch the clip. Y'all got any cheese?

Another great Drake clip – he actually looks quite fetching with that dad 'stache.

And here's Drake performing "Started From the Bottom" and "Trophies."
