The Grammys were a booytlicious night for Kathy Griffin.

The comedian lit up the red carpet at the 56th annual Grammy Awards Sunday at the Staples Center, where she cheekily flaunted her assets for viewers.

While chatting with E! News's Ryan Seacrest, Griffin was asked to show off her snazzy nail job for the show's "Mani Cam."

"Walk that tight little body over there and mani it up," Seacrest said. After briefly showing off her nails, Griffin, 53, jokingly offered to flaunt her booty – which she went on to do, turning her back to the camera and, er, leaning in.

Griffin, who can now call herself a Grammy winner after snagging the best comedy album award for Calm Down Gurrl, also took a potshot at embattled Justin Bieber, quipping that during her acceptance speech, she thanked him for "giving me his calm-down juice."

This was the first public appearance for Griffin since she revealed on Wednesday that her brother Gary Griffin had passed away from cancer.

Griffin has now racked up a total of six Grammy nominations and one win.
