Tracy Morgan Teaches Kate Upton How to Perform a Touchdown Dance

The touchdown dance is a sacred American institution. It's best attempted with proper supervision by experienced parties, which is why Tracy Morgan is teaching Kate Upton how to perform one in this video.

The comic actor explains to the supermodel that the touchdown dance is all about "showing emotion," and then proceeds to demonstrate what we think is a classic Deion Sanders dance slightly tooled to include Upton's famous rendition of the "Cat Daddy" dance (despite the difficulties presented by a dress and heels.)

As it so happens, she proves she's something of a natural talent when it comes to spiking the ball.

Stay tuned Sunday to see if Upton's and Morgan's moves infiltrate the actual game.
