About a month after entering rehab to seek treatment for eating disorders, Ke$ha
has postponed her spring concerts.
"I was so looking forward to performing at these dates but I need to follow my doctor's advice and get my health back on track," she announced Tuesday in a statement obtained by PEOPLE.
The pop star's website
lists March and April shows in Indiana and Wisconsin. Her five-leg Warrior Tour kicked off in May 2013 and was supposed to run through April.
Ke$ha, 26, began treatment
for anorexia and bulimia in January. At the time, she indicated her stay at the Chicago-area Timberline Knolls facility would last 30 days.

, thanked her "Animals" for sticking by her despite the scheduling shift.
"All of your support during this time has been so amazing," she said in the statement. "I couldn't have done this without you all. I look forward to coming back stronger than ever on the next tour."
