Her Pick: Romance Is My Day Job by Patience Bloom
Bloom edits romances for Harlequin Books, so she's well versed in the romance of fictional characters – but she’s had little luck finding her own prince charming. In this memoir she chronicles her love life, beginning with a date to her high school dance. Her writing is funny and relatable, and since I'm a sucker for a happy ending, I’m hoping her story turns into a real-life fairytale.

Her Pick: Saving Wishes by G.J. Walker-Smith
The first book in Walker-Smith's Wishes series details the whirlwind love story of Charli Blake, a wild child from Australia, and Adam Décarie, a sophisticated socialite from New York City. The story is set in Charli's small Australian hometown, where Adam is visiting his cousin. From the moment Adam first sees Charli – and almost hits her with his car – their chemistry is undeniable. But they're worlds apart: can it ever work? I can't wait to find out.
