For Sharon Stone, there's no such thing as "ageless beauty."

The actress, 56, will share her views of Hollywood's unrealistic standards on Oprah Prime: Cameron Diaz & Sharon Stone – Aging Gracefully, Sunday. In an exclusive sneak peek (below), Stone explains her philosophy for feeling beautiful, inside and out.

"We have to have internal health and internal wellness," she says. "And I think that's physical health, mental health, spiritual health. You know, I think it's a sense of ethics. It's everything."

Stone has been vocal about struggling with self-esteem as she grew older, telling Shape, "There was a point in my 40s where I went into the bathroom with a bottle of wine, looked the door and said, 'I'm not coming out until I can totally accept the way I look right now."

Cameron Diaz, 41, will also join Oprah Winfrey to discuss her bestseller, The Body Book.

Oprah Prime – Cameron Diaz & Sharon Stone: Aging Gracefully airs this Sunday, March 16, at 9 p.m. ET/PT on OWN: Oprah Winfrey Network.
