At a party hosted Friday night by Ocean Drive magazine in Miami – and where March cover girl Longoria also celebrated her 39th birthday – the actress told PEOPLE there was no doubt whom she's infatuated with on the show.
"Jon Snow!" she said excitedly, referring to the show's brooding bruiser who lost his half-brother and stepmother in last season's shocking "Red Wedding" episode.
Longoria also joked that while she's friends with Kit Harington, the actor who plays Snow, her attraction ends solely with the TV character.
"I don't like Kit Harington, I love Jon Snow," she cracked. "I like the fur coat and the bow and arrow and the swords – that person."
Eva also explained that even though she's approaching the big 4-0, she feels sexier now than she did a decade ago, when she first broke onto the scene in Desperate Housewives.
"I had no idea what was happening 10 years ago, I was in a big vortex of madness," reveals Longoria, who was dressed in a curve-hugging red David Koma dress.
Nowadays, "I feel more intelligent about a lot of other things than ten years ago," she admits. "So that makes me feel sexy."
After dinner, Longoria celebrated with Ciroc Vodka cocktails and was presented with a big birthday cake. Hairdresser-cum-best friend Ken Paves was on hand to help blow out the candles and show off his own creation: Longoria's sleek new bangs.
The birthday girl spent the rest of the event dancing with friends and cuddling with Baston late into the night.
And while the multi-hyphenate already has a full résumé – actress, producer, director (she helmed the Devious Maids premiere), political activist and Master's Degree holder – she has no interest in jumping into one particular field: politics.
When we asked if she'd consider running for office, her answer was clear: "No, no, I think the biggest part of politics is [being a] citizen, so I love participating in that manner."
