Rob Kardashian has entered rehab for treatment of depression.

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star and the only brother to Kim Kardashian and sisters Kourtney and Khloé, reportedly has entered The Meadows, a center for treatment of trauma and addiction, in Wickenburg, Ariz., Radar Online reports.

The center, according to its website, focuses on the treatment of trauma as well as alcohol, sexual and drug addiction, along with other conditions including eating disorders.

Kardashian, 27, whose issues with insecurity and weight gain have been exposed on the show, was not aboard when most of the crew traveled to Thailand late last month for a family vacation.

He had been shown in previous episodes working out with a trainer after gaining weight and having some tattoos removed at a laser center. He had gone into business as the creator of his Arthur George line of men's socks, but had shown he was struggling personally in recent months after posting a cryptic Tweet two weeks ago.

"No one will ever understand how much it hurts," Kardashian wrote, although his post was later taken down and his whole Twitter account rebooted.

He had previously chronicled his workout regimen and weight loss on the social media site after reportedly gaining about 50 pounds after a break-up with girlfriend Rita Ora.
