Rob Kardashian has entered rehab for treatment of depression.

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star and the only brother to Kim Kardashian and sisters Kourtney and Khloé reportedly has entered TK treatment facility.

Kardashian, 28, whose issues with insecurity and weight gain have been discussed on the show, has recently been living with sister Khloé, and his behavior has worried many members of the family.

The family has tried to stage multiple interventions for Rob, a source told PEOPLE earlier this year, including one intervention attempt by mom Kris Jenner that was chronicled on their reality show.

He had been shown in previous episodes working out with a trainer after gaining weight and having some tattoos removed at a laser center. He had gone into business as the creator of his Arthur George line of men's socks, but had shown he was struggling personally in the past year after posting a cryptic Tweet in April of last year.

"No one will ever understand how much it hurts," Kardashian wrote, although his post was later taken down and his whole Twitter account rebooted.

He had previously chronicled his workout regimen and weight loss on the social media site after reportedly gaining about 50 pounds after a break-up with girlfriend Rita Ora.
