Moving trucks rolled up to Sylvester Stallone's Miami estate to haul away exercise equipment, paintings and other belongings as he awaits completion of a deal to sell the mansion. The actor is living in a hotel room in Los Angeles, where his new movie "Detox" is being filmed, said his spokeswoman, Rosario Kennedy. He isn't getting out of South Florida for good, though. "He still plans to make Miami his permanent home," Kennedy said. Stallone put his bayfront mansion on the market in August 1997, with a pricetag of $27.5 million. (The star cited safety reasons in Miami as the reason he's leaving; sources say he is also experiencing a cash squeeze.) London's Orient-Express Hotels Inc. has made a $24.7 million offer for the estate in order to build 200 villa-style rooms on the property. The deal hinges on whether or not the hotelier can get zoning approval.
