Paget Brewster, who played the girlfriend of both Joey and Chandler on NBC's "Friends," has signed a deal with CBS, which may develop a sitcom with her for next fall. Brewster has also landed a starring role in "The Specials," a feature comedy about a group of superheroes. She will play Ms. Indestructible/Emily Tilderbrook, who is married to one superhero and having an affair with another. Rob Lowe, Jamie Kennedy and Thomas Hayden Church co-star.
