Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee -- estranged husband of Pamela Anderson -- has been issued a strong warning from an angry judge in Malibu. Municipal Judge Lawrence Mira said Lee will end up back in jail if he's caught boozing in public. The courtroom scene occurred over allegations that Lee went on a wild drinking spree with his bandmates in Malibu. (No evidence was found to support the allegations, however.) The judge stressed that under the terms of Lee's probation, he is not permitted to set foot into any establishment that sells alcohol. "I understand that," said Lee, who has been on probation since pleading no contest in April to charges of kicking Pamela several times during a fight as she clung to their toddler son Dylan.
