CHER'S MANAGER MIFFED

Cher's ex-manager is looking for a piece of her pie. Bill Sammeth sued the entertainer for unspecified damages this week, alleging that he had a deal with Cher to receive 15% of the profits of her hit album "Believe." Sammeth says he was a close friend for 22 years before he was fired as her personal manager without explanation just days before she sang the national anthem at the Super Bowl. "Cher, like many talented creative people, can be stormy," said Sammeth's lawyer, Henry Gradstein. "The only problem is that he is still entitled to be paid." Cher had no comment.
