Veteran soap opera star Susan Lucci snagged yet another Daytime Emmy Award nomination Thursday -- her 19th -- for best actress for her role as Erica Kane on "All My Children." Talk show kingpin Jerry Springer was snubbed again, passed over as a nominee for outstanding talk show host even after nemesis Oprah Winfrey took herself out of the running. Springer's top-rated slugfest didn't get a nomination for best talk show, either. In that category, Rosie O'Donnell, who shared the award with Winfrey in 1998, will compete with Leeza Gibbons, Regis Philbin and Kathie Lee Gifford, Roseanne and the cast of ABC's "The View." CBS' soap "The Young and the Restless" earned 21 nominations, including a staggering 14 in the various acting categories. "General Hospital" was next with 13 nominations. "The Rosie O'Donnell Show" and "Sesame Street" both earned 11 nominations. The winners will be announced May 21 in New York City in a program to be telecast on CBS.
