Big Mac, move over. Make way for the Mega-Mac. The Chicago Tribune reports that McDonald's is test-marketing the bigger burger along with a number of other sandwiches which are designed to use the company's new "Made for You" cooking system. Dietary notice: A Big Mac has 560 calories and 31 grams of fat. But a Mega-Mac, with double the number of hamburger patties, will top out at 790 calories and 41 grams of fat. By comparison, Hardee's sells an even bigger burger, the Monster, which contains 800 calories and 60 grams of fat. The maximum recommended level of fat is 60 grams a day.
