Before he takes on the world, the Boss is going home. Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band -- who haven't toured together in a decade -- will play benefit concerts Thursday and Friday at the 3,000-seat Convention Hall in Asbury Park NJ. The shows are being billed as one-hour rehearsals for Springsteen's global tour, which begins April 9 in Spain. Springsteen got his start in seaside clubs around Asbury Park. Proceeds from the concerts will go to several local community centers.
