Cher, who's currently got the No. 1 single in the country ("Believe"), will join Whitney Houston and Celine Dion for VH1's Divas Live '99 at New York's Beacon Theater on April 14, reports columnist Liz Smith. Additional divas are expected to join the bill. The names will be announced shortly.
