'MAD' FADES OUT

Viewers will get a chance to say good-bye to Paul and Jamie Buchman on May 24 in a one-hour series finale of "Mad About You." After seven years, the NBC comedy -- which recently ranked a low 54th out of 128 shows -- is filming the last chapter in the life of the Buchmans, played by Paul Reiser and Helen Hunt. Hunt has co-written and is directing the final show, NBC said Wednesday. She told "Access Hollywood" that Janeane Garofalo will guest-star -- as the Buchmans' daughter Mabel. (Mabel is two years old.) That's all Hunt would say.
